We have used imoves at school during PE sessions and in the classroom. There are some great resources to use and they are now free to use at home. I particularly like the Active Blasts when I need a break from my laptop! I enjoy getting up on my feet and following the routines. I have also liked using the Mindfulness resources especially during these uncertain times. These videos relax my body and block any negative thoughts entering my mind. Take a look at their website and try some of the videos at home – I am sure some parents will have a go too!
