Reading: Which poem did you choose yesterday? Can you still remember it? Looking at the poems from yesterday, which poem did you like the best and why? Did it rhyme? Did it have any nonsense words? Was it funny? Did it remind you of something that has happened to you? Which words made the poem exciting?
Write a paragraph explaining which poem is your favourite, using the prompts above to help you. (If you used a different poem, you could write about that one instead.)
Reading challenge – write your own poem. Could you make it rhyme, or make a nonsense poem? Don’t forget to email any poems in.
