This week’s homework is Talk Time and is due Thursday 05 October:

I know my address.

Our Explorers topic allows your child to explore their local environment and contrasting environments.

It’s important for your child to know where they live (house name/number and street name as a minimum) in case of an emergency.

Please ensure your child is aware that they should never reveal their address to someone they don’t trust.

Practice Makes Perfect

Homework this week is all about measures.

Year 3 have some word problems to solve and Year 4 have some converting of measures. The sheets are glued in your child’s book.

If your child comes across a problem, please encourage them to ask for some help during the school day.

Times tables

Please practise the 3x table. All of the class will be learning this table for the next few weeks. So, expect lots of 3x related activities to be coming home. We’ll start by simply filling in the sheet that is glued in your child’s book.
